All of our hard maple billets are Hand Split by North America’s best quality producers to the highest baseball bat standards and from second growth forests being regenerated each year. Our bats are vacuum dried and turned at low speeds from only the finest quality split stock and straight grain to increase both the hardness and maple effect. Maple will not flex as much on impact as ash, driving the ball farther. At our plant every billet is hand sorted and graded to standards that have been used within our factory for over 100 years. Bats are Double Boned for Max Hardness, Hand Sanded for the best balance and Triple Dipped to Lock In highest performing moisture ratios. Finest Pro Grade with the Best Pop.
